Since 1981, Colt's Kelly Collins has been helping the people of Berkshire County pinpoint their particular insurance requirements and obtain the top-quality protection they deserve.
As a graduate of the Cranwell School and Holy Cross, and experience with Aetna Life & Casualty, Kelly brings a keen awareness of his clients' needs and a solid background of professionalism to his work. In addition Kelly has pursued ongoing continuing education courses with Dale Carnegie and Sandler Sales programs.
Kelly lives in Pittsfield with his wife, Debbie. They have four grown children -KC, Brennan, Ryan, and Betsy. In his free time he enjoys getting outdoors and making the most of the Berkshires; playing golf, snowshoeing, skiing and gardening. Through his involvement with the Berkshire Center for Families and Children, the Berkshire Retirement Home and Berkshire Medical Center, Kelly demonstrates the same commitment to community that he does to his Colt clients.

Kim joined Colt in 1987 after graduating from Berkshire Community College with an associates degree in Business Administration. Since joining Colt, she has been committed to being knowledgable about the insurance industry as well as keeping up with the many changes that take place every day. This way Kim can meet the needs of her clients.
For 25 years Kim worked in the Personal Lines and Commercial Lines departments and in 2011 joined the Sales team focusing on business insurance. In continuing to further her education in the industry, she obtained her Massachusetts Property and Casualty Brokers License in 1995 and in 2012 obtained the Certified Insurance Service Representative designation.

Audrey Hartley began working in the insurance industry in 1999 where she assisted her clients with their personal insurance needs. She obtained her Massachusetts Property and Casualty Brokers License in 2004 and shifted her focus to commercial insurance working with business owners, property owners and professionals.
As a member of Berkshire Business and Professional Women, the Berkshire Chamber of Commerce and Berkshire Enterprises Network Group, Audrey continually takes the initiative to understand the business and how it affects your insurance needs.
Audrey grew up in Pittsfield and truly enjoys raising her two daughters here in the beautiful Berkshires. She and her daughters are actvie in various sports activities and they love the outdoors.

Since joining Colt in 1994, Carla Prendergast has maintained a commitment to staying informed about changes in the insurance industry and knowing how they relate to her clients' priorities.
Carla came to Colt after 13 years working in customer service at a local bank. She quickly added to her extensive customer service skills by pursuing ongoing education in insurance. In 1995 she obtained her Massachusetts Property and Casualty Brokers License, was promoted to Personal Lines Supervisor in 1997 and to Personal Lines Sales Executive in 2002. In 2012 she obtained her Certified Insurance Service Representative designation and she a graduate of the Berkshire Leadership Program, Sandler Sales Institute and the Travelers Producer Training Program.
Carla takes pride in being more than just a lifelong resident. She's as active in the community as she is in her career.
In addition to serving as past president of Zonta Internatioanl Club of Berkshire County, Carla continues to be an active member of Zonta. In addition, she serves on the board of the Gladys Allen Brigham Community Center and is a member of Berkshire Business Builders (BBB)

John has been helping individuals and businesses meet their financial goals and objectives since 1996. He received his training from Mass Mutual in North Carolina. John joined the Colt Insurance Agency when he and his family returned to Pittsfield.
John's mission is to assist his clients in achieving and protecting their financial security through a professional process of identifying needs and designing custom solutions to match those needs. John further demonstrates his unwavering commitment to client service by delivering high quality individual and group products.
John has an Accounting degree from Elon College in North Carolina, which he attended after serving five years in the United States Marine Corps. He is an active member of the Berkshire Chamber of Commerce and serves on the board of the Credit Union of the Berkshires.
